Find Out Which Illness and What Grain To Eat?

Grains That Cause Illness Part 2

Health and Wellness For Women's Health

Where does that leave you?

It was one of those moments in life I’ll probably never forget…

The answer: Grain

None of this would be a problem if it weren’t for the fact that grains are supposed to be good for YOU.

That’s why I say…does this make me a great researcher?

But it gets even better…

In an instant the screams are replaced by total silence and then almost as quickly the silence was replaced by literal gasps.

But after giving it some thought, I think I know why that is…

Here’s why…the existence of tiny holes in the intestinal wall means harmful substances can pass into the blood.

These substances or particles settle into organs and cells causing irritations and further damage.

This happens because your intestinal wall is no longer a barrier keeping out unwanted substances from your blood and body.

Undigested foods can now enter your body creating food allergies.

Toxins from various foods like:

  • Dyes
  • Preservatives
  • Food additives
  • Artificial flavors…

Can now enter you blood stream.

Pathogens such as bacteria, worms, fungus and viruses can also enter your body and invade your organs.

When this happens, you will slowly come down with a variety of symptoms and illnesses that you cannot attribute to anything specific.

Absorption of undigested proteins is a major threat to the health of your organs and to your immune system.

It is estimated that up to 40% of all people have some intestinal damage from eating gluten and are passing undigested proteins into their blood stream.

There are some of you that do not have the enzymes to digest gluten.

Those of you have what is called “gluten sensitivity.”

Those of you that have the enzymes to digest gluten are not as prone to celiac disease and have less damage to your intestinal wall.

So what are the foods that you should be eliminating from your eating habits:

    • Wheat starch, wheat grass, wheat germ oil, wheat triticum
    • Bread flour, brewer’s yeast, bran, brown flour
    • Oats, oat straw,
    • Baking powder, edible starch, germ, gum base, dextrins
    • Malt, rice malt,
    • Rye, spelt, kamut, wheat, bleached flour, couscous, pearl barley, bulgar
    • Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, shoyu, miso
    • Durum wheat triticum, semolina, emolina triticum
    • Beer
    • Blue cheese

Other sources of hidden gluten are:

    • MSG – monosodium glutamate
    • HPP – hyrolyzed Plant protein
    • HVP – hydrolyzed vegetable protein
    • TPP- textured plant protein

Now what are the source of foods that are good to eat and do not have gluten:

    • Acacia gum, gelatin, guar gum, herbs, psyllium, seaweed, spices, xanthan gum, arabic gum, arrowroot
    • Adzuki bean, lentils, mung beans, chickpeas
    • Alfalfa, algae, whey,
    • Amaranth, buckwheat, carob flour, corn flour, flaked rice, flax seeds, millet, pea flour, potato flour, quinoa, rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, yam flour, cornmeal, cornstarch
    • Fruits, vegetables
    • Almonds, seasme seeds, soy, soybeans, sunflower seeds,
    • Canola oil, olive oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil
    • Peas, potatoes, rice, wild rice
    • Tapioca

Not all is known about the effects of gluten on your body and how it creates illness.

What is known is that gluten is responsible for celiac disease and many other diseases that result from having celiac.

Keep in mind, you need to be careful about the foods you eat.

Have you ever thought about why so many people get sick and after a certain age are always complaining about pain here and there.

Don’t always believe what the govenment says about food.

Their interest is in economics and not in your health.

The best way to use this information is to slowly start eating less of those foods that contain a high levels of gluten – breads, cakes and pastry of all sorts.

Start eating more carbohydrates that fall in the lower glycemic table…

Now, I know it is hard to let go of your cravings for grains of various sorts.

Just do it slowly.

Eat less and less of these foods and you’ll see your health will start to get better and better as time passes.
