Of course! Talk about a pre-loaded question!

Imagine not being confused and misinformed about what are healthy meals.

Okay, here’s a little bit of background and why you shouldn’t always jump on advice you read or hear…

These days almost all the so called ‘experts’ throw a bunch of conflicting dietary recommendations your way…

You see, as you’re already probably aware, there are a lot of myths and misinformation out there to misguide and confuse you. Good or bad?

We’re not talking about how the uber-health geeks live, eat and breathe this stuff so you don’t have to (bless their hearts).

When I first started my health coach business way back in the late 90′s, I found myself feeling like I was constantly running a race.

There were always…way too many steps to do than I could ever do properly.

To make matters worse, I realized there are days when your body hits a plateau, so it wasn’t always easy to stay lean, energized and in great shape…

I was already working out 2-3 times a day, much more than I wanted to and there wasn’t enough time to accomplish anything more.

And when your mind isn’t clear because you’re highly stimulated…

Getting there by myself, it felt like it was no longer an option.

Being in control of your lifestyle, well sometimes to have to get out of the way and start thinking out side the box to get results.

That is when I discovered effective anti-aging cycles revolves around the food of choice. Allow me to explain…

Food is the real power of leveraging your natural beauty, when you look and feel sexy, people are raving about your youth and life couldn’t be better.

This simple way of thinking and doing became my new anti-aging secret weapon, my natural colon cleanse, so to speak.

Fear vs over confidence…

Sorry to crash the party, but if you read any type of lifestyle magazine, you’re told to never look back. Why?

Because there are times when you want to tear out all your hair and take up a new path or direction.

Well, who wouldn’t when you are regularly forded to eat diet food and doing mundane tasks like watching food calories consumption (calorie counting)…

Just maybe the fastest way to aging (or old age) is to follow the path of most resistance.

Why not go the path of least resistance and experience more lifestyle choice with freedom in your life.

So you might want to hire a great support team of some kind.

The right kind of personal trainer can add inspiration to your list of daily insights by offering you down to earth wisdom, and a common sense solution based on his/her own personal experiences.

Even if you’ve already dabbled with hiring a health coach or personal trainer, I’m sure you’ll find some additional time to focus on your goal of youth.

The key is to do the most effective activities and tasks you enjoy the most, that make you feel good, and cause you to feel as if your health is effortless.

Do it the right way, and most effective way possible…

You want a resource or knowledge base enabling you to follow the “age old” let thy medicine be thy food, and thy food be thy medicine:

1. Eat whole, natural foods.

2. Eat only foods that are ripened from the sun, but eat them before they spoil

3. Eat naturally-raised meat including fish, seafood, poultry, beef, lamb, game, organ meats and eggs.

4. Eat whole foods – preferably raw and/or fermented, whole yogurt, cultured butter, whole cheeses and fresh and sour cream

Drink naturally-produced milk products from pasture-fed cows .

5. Use only traditional fats and oils including butter and other animal fats, extra virgin olive oil, expeller expressed sesame and flax oil and the tropical oils-coconut and palm (omega 3 fatty acids).

6. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, preferably organic, in salads and soups, or lightly steamed.

7. Use whole grains and nuts that have been prepared by soaking, sprouting or sour leavening to neutralize phytic acid and other anti-nutrients.

8. Include enzyme-enhanced lacto-fermented vegetables, fruits, beverages and condiments in your diet on a regular basis.

9. Prepare homemade meat stocks from the bones of chicken, beef, lamb or fish and use liberally in soups and sauces.

10. Use herb teas and coffee substitutes in moderation.

11. Use filtered water for cooking and drinking.

12. Use unrefined Celtic seasalt and a variety of herbs and spices for food interest and appetite stimulation.

13. Make your own salad dressing using raw vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and expeller expressed flax oil.

14. Use natural sweeteners in moderation, such as raw honey, maple syrup, dehydrated cane sugar juice and stevia powder.

15. Use only unpasteurized wine or beer in strict moderation with meals.

16. Cook only in stainless steel, cast iron, glass or good quality enamel.

17. Use only natural supplements.

18. Get plenty of sleep, exercise regularly and get plenty of natural light.

19. Think positive thoughts and minimize stress.

20. Practice what you preach with forgiveness.

In other words include more fiber foods. You will probably have quite a few ideas stirring-up in reviewing the above food reviews.
